Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Notice applies to CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY and supplements the Nextmeds / OpenLoop Health, Inc. general Privacy Statement. It is adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other California privacy laws.
